Julia Jain is an executive leadership coach based in Chicago, credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a background in healthcare and management consulting, with extensive experience facilitating powerful conversations with professionals across every stage of their career, from early-career professionals to executive leaders. Julia holds a certification in Executive Leadership Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategic Management and Behavioral Science. She also brings deep expertise in interpersonal communication, having earned a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Iowa.
Julia is married to her husband, Sumit, and a proud mom to her sons, Rian and Avi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks outside, teaching yoga, and reading.
